Almighty God, when I am at my wit's end, remind me that I am your child and that you can give me powers of endurance to get through. Help me out of desperate situations, in your way and in your time.

When I bring others to you in prayer, grant them awareness that they are not alone; help them to sense that they are cared for. Give them healing and peace beyond their expectation.

When I experience great joy, may I be just as quick to remember you. Accept my gratitude for my happiness and for all your daily blessings.

And Lord Jesus, forgive me for the times that I overlook the immensity of your suffering and sacrifice for me. I owe you everything and I want to reflect your grace in my relationships with others. Guide me so that I don't let you down by unhelpful words or actions.
